18 “And I, because of what they have planned and done, am about to come[a] and gather the people of all nations and languages, and they will come and see my glory. we need to have Scripture establish for us when these things take place and as with all the Millennial teachings they take place after apostate Jerusalem has been purified having the last of the dross burned off. Then the Gentile nations are commanded to come up year after year to celebrate the Festival of Succoth. For those of us who believe in a literal Millennial Reign of Christ in His Millennial Temple there is no problem. For those who believe there is no literal temple that the survivors of the Gentile nations are called to come to year after year they have to explain why these offerings are coming up to the mount of the Lord with their offerings year after year.
19 “I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations—to Tarshish, to the Libyans[b] and Lydians (famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations. 20 And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord—on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord. “They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. 21 And I will select some of them also to be priests and Levites,” says the Lord. Here again the Lord calls for the Great Commission to be taken to the Gentile nations. This is one of the reasons the Gentile nations have been called to the Millennial Temple it will be where they are equipped to take that Good News to the surviving Gentiles. Bring them to the Temple Mount but those who teach the Millennial Temple is a misreading and understanding on my part I just can't see these offerings brought to a homeless God who kind of just hangs out on the temple mount for a thousand years as Israel brings grain offerings and the Gentiles bring those Gentiles yet to hear the Good News.
22 “As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me,” declares the Lord, “so will your name and descendants endure. 23 From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me,” says the Lord. 24 “And they will go out and look on the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; the worms that eat them will not die, the fire that burns them will not be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.” Is. 66 The Gentiles brought up to see and Learn of the Lord will be see the dead bodies of those who rebelled against the Lord during the Day of the Lord known as The Time of Jacob's Trouble. The dead are not from the Day of the Lord that is known as The Great and Terrible Day of the Lord. The latter day of the Lord takes place when if it had not been shortened no one would have survived and takes place 1,000 years after the Day of the Lord has taken place with the return of the Lord. If the dead bodies strewn all around are not from the Last Week of Daniel's 70 Weeks then who are they, why are they on display year after year for the Gentiles to see, and who killed them?
From me to you: Happy and safe New Years to you all.
