They didn't have cars when those were built. St. Louis, near Lafayette Park. I think they are late Victorian. The area was rebuilt after a really disastrous tornado destroyed much of Lafayette Square. These were the new homes built there. I can only guess what those houses must go for when they go on sale.
Donald Trump reckons that the Toronto area is the real estate secret of North America. Those houses up here would still command a huge amount, though...
