Xingu River in Brazil
Hey great, Deborah13! So, you been there?
Blessings.
No, I've only dreamed of being a world traveler.
Y: Yangtze River (The longest river in Asia)
The TOG
Zschopau.
A mostly forgetable river in saxony, the state where I grew up.
However since it's a place of my childhood I have some fond memories of that river. Mostly of the dam near Kriebstein. My parents have a little house there in the woods, too small to live there, but big enough to spend summer weekends.
Kriebstein is an awesome mediaeval castle
And the river seen behind the castle is the Zschopau river.

We're done with the alphabet. And now?
LOL I wish. If I or anyone of my family ever have a "house" like that I'm gonna invite all of you guys over to have a party.Your parents' house?

The Kriebstein castle is property of the state of saxony nowadays, and it's inhabited by a museum that I've never seen, because whenever we wanted to go there it was closed. :-(
Unfortunately I don't seem to have any images of my parents' weekend house on my computer. :-(
Ah well, we're all socialists here. ;-)
Including Ms Merkel, if the truth is known...
lol. then well don't go the southern Christian churches in America. socialism isn't welcomed much. lol
I suppose almost all of our politicians would be considered socialists by conservative North Americans. Even our conservative politicians. Merkel is definitely a conservative one, and although I find her likeable and trustworthy as a person I never voted for her party, basically because they are too conservative (it's a bit more complex, but it boils down to that). But I can understand how they would appear to be socialist to Americans.
my church I believe has some Obama supporters. I know two of them.
And they are probably better armed than I.
Anyway, I hope that if I ever go to a southern Christian church in America I would be welcomed as a person and as a sister in Christ, regardless of my political convictions.
