Genesis 39: 4, 5
Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field.

You as a believer may be working for a non-believer company or firm, but did you know that because of you God is blessing the institution that you are working in?
Do not underestimate your role in the heights/glory that the institution is reaching. Perhaps no one may know it or some people like Potiphar and his wife may even not give due credit to you for the same, but you are precious in God’s sight. So go ahead and keep working. You will receive your reward one day.
