so did I. my banked replaced my atm card for that reason.

I did not.I do not shop at Target very often.A while back I was picking up some Chinese Food.The guy gave me back someone elses Credit card that looked like mine.I did not catch it for awhile.The people who got mine bought the family a huge expensive dinner and signed my name.They were in a ton of trouble.

I don't know but they were saying the FBI was in on it.That seemed kind of ridiculous to me for such a small issue.

Well, with all the money the Feds spend on electronic surveillance, I guess they would want to earn their money, so to speak...

Well if they are easy to trace they are in trouble' because this is a big problem worldwide. And if they are caught you will be notified to appear in court.
