Read Daniel Chapter 7 first in order to understand what I have written here.

Rev 12:3 the other sign John saw was a great red dragon meaning Satan. Remember, this is a vision and a sign as Satan has not yet been cast out of heaven until the beginning of the 3 1/2 years of the greatest tribulation we will ever see nor ever see again, Matthew 24:21. The description of the dragon being great and red depicts its nature and character as being fierce and murderous, John 8:44. This red dragon is depicted as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. This is also confirmed in Rev 17 as mystery Babylon is described. The seven heads and ten horns refer to the original ten kingdoms of which three were subdued by the little horn of Daniel 7:8. The last kingdom which stands greater than all the others is that of a revived Roman Empire that takes control over all the ten nations who then implements a deceiving peace treaty with the Muslims in which the Dome of the Rock will be given over to the son of perdition as he reigns from the very Temple mount of God, meaning the holy place in Matthew 24:15. This is the abomination Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24:15, 16 that we are to flee from when we see the son of perdition take his seat in Jerusalem for 3 1/2 years.

Rev 13 the beast rises up out of the sea as the sea here is symbolic of people and nations as in a sea of humanity, Daniel Chapter 7:1-8; Revelation 17:15. This beast is a Luciferian system that controls world wide economics, political, military, educational and false religious system. This beast system that Satan works through gives its power to the beast out of the earth as the beast out of the earth appears as the Lamb of God, but is a false Christ being the son of perdition, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12 with two horns. The two horns represent the Old Roman Empire that received its deadly wound back in 1798 by General Berthier who made his entrance into Rome and abolished the Roman government and established a secular one. That caused them to scatter into the other ten nations (ten horns). The wound was healed in 1929 by Mussolini.

God speaks to us in scripture of a 3 1/2 year tribulation during the time of the seventh trumpet sounding, not a seven year tribulation, as being time, times and half time which equals 1260 days = 3 ½ years or 3 ½ Times – Hebrew calendar only had 30 days for each month and this is where you get 1260 days or 3 ½ years.

No where in scripture does it mention a seven year tribulation, but only seven trumpets of God's feirce wrath as scripture says we will always have tribulations as the last time will be such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be, Matthew 24:21; Deut 4:30; 7:19; 29:1-6; 1 Samuel 26:24; Matthew; John 16:33; Romans 12:12; 24:21; James 1:2; 1 Peter 1:6.

Below is that of the seven remaining nations described as four beasts in Daniel 7:1-8 and the three kingdoms that were subdued by the little horn, which is the Roman Empire.

The three kingdoms that were subdued by the little horn of Daniel 7:24 are the Heruli, Vandals, and Ostrogoths who were eliminated by the year 538 AD under the leadership of the Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian whose deadly wound came in 1798.

Seven remaining nations that still exist today:

Babylonian Empire:
(Iraq) The lion represents the winged lions that guarded the royal places of Babylon. This Empire ran from 2000BC - 1759BC

Medo – Persian Empire:
(Iran) The ribs of the bear are part of the consuming greed that devours the first empire.

Grecian Empire:
(Greece, Turkey, Syria, Egypt) Four wings of the leopard described the swiftness of this empire that ran from 334-331BC. It wrestled world dominion from Medo-Persia. After the death of Alexander the Great the kingdom was divided into four minor kingdoms that continued as prominent factors in world politics until the Roman Empire gathered it back as one kingdom.

Roman Empire: (little horn, Daniel 8:9-14, 23-27)
Iron represents the stronghold this nation had. Daniel chapter 2 mentions the iron element of this empire that it to will be divided and broken as God will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed.
This Empire ran from 753BC -27BC

The ten horns represent the nations the Roman Empire scattered to when the deadly wound was put upon them, Daniel 7:23-25; Rev 13:3. The deadly wound came in 1798 when General Berthier of France, who made his entrance into Rome, abolished the Roman government and established a secular one and captured Pope Pius VI, who soon died in captivity in Valence, on August 29, 1799. In 1801 Napoleon made an agreement with Pope Pius II establishing Napoleon’s Organic Articles of granting the Tribunal and the Corps legislative partial control of the concordat in order to help the state monitor any politically harmful Catholic or Protestant movements or activities. The wound was largely healed in 1929 when Mussolini gave the Vatican back to Pope Pius XI and established it as a country in it's own right in the Lateran Treaty.

The Roman Empire began in 753BC by Romulus who founded Rome in 27BC with Augustus Caesar becoming the first emperor of Rome in 27 BC and died in 14AD. Rome controlled over two million square miles stretching from the Rhine River to Egypt and from Britain (England) to Asia Minor which made up the Grecian Empire of Greece, Turkey, Syria and Egypt. In 146BC the Romans destroyed Corinth during the Battle of Corinth and made the Greece Empire into a province of the Roman Empire. This timeline goes from 753BC to 27BC. Nero burned Rome in 64AD and blamed the Christian community in the city causing the Roman Empires first persecution of Christians. In 1453 was the rise of the Ottoman Empire that conquered Constantinople destroying the Byzantine Empire (Eastern Roman Empire) that reigned from 330AD to 1453AD. The Roman Empire was then called the Holy Roman Empire that was a political entity beginning in 800AD - 1806AD from the time of Charlemagne (Holy Roman Emperor) who protected Pope Leo III from Adrian's supporters in Rome to Francis II, King of France. Pope Pius VII was the Pope from 1800-1823. The Roman Empire is known today as Vatican City, a city-state surrounded by Rome and Italy who has diplomatic relations with every nation around the world.

The crowns on its heads show that this dragon claims royal authority against the true King who is God of all creation as he prepares to take his seat above all that which is Gods Kingdom claiming he is God as he prepares to deceive the world through that of an existing Roman Empire, Daniel 8:9-12; Isaiah 14:12-15.

These ten nations were the Anglo-Saxons (Germans in Great Britain), the Franks (French), Suevi (Portuguese), Visigoths (Spanish), Burgundians (Swiss), Alemanni (Germans), Lombards (Italians), Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals in northern Africa. The last three being Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals had already been destroyed by the Roman Empire before their deadly wound came in 1798.

The beast out of the earth, Rev 13:11-18, is the revived Roman Empire (mystery Babylon, Rev 17:5) which causes man to take its mark. Daniel 7:25 and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, He will think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time, 2 Thessalonians 2:13-12.

Um, I studied that in the history of the Roman Empire just like I studied the history of the four empires in order to write this.

Sorry, but I could not write this from my own thoughts. Maybe instead of bringing discord why not give your understanding. After all, these are discussions.

But...

Revelation 17:12 shows that the ten horns (ten kings) will only come to power "one hour" at the end with the "beast" (i.e., the beast king). That has yet to happen today, and will only happen at the very end of this world when the false Messiah comes to power just prior to Christ's future return.

Furthermore, the Revelation 12:3-4 event of the ten horns, seven heads, but only 7 crowns, is tied to when Satan as that red dragon drew a third of the stars to earth (i.e., the stars represent angels). That never happened in this present world, it happened back when Satan first rebelled in coveting God's Throne, in that old world. There was no subduing of ten kings down to 7 when Satan originally rebelled. Thus it is error to try and apply that to this world's history, or even about the very end of this world.

Why then, did Lord Jesus give us that Rev.12:3-4 tidbit about a ten horn, seven head, seven crown beast kingdom? If you can receive it, that was about Satan's time of original rebellion with that system of ten horns, seven heads, and only "seven crowns". Notice I stress that "seven crowns". Why? Because the beast system of Revelation 13:1 is to have "ten crowns". It's different.

I know some will struggle with this, not understanding about that old world when Satan first rebelled against God and drew those third of the angels in rebellion with him, and especially that it involved his setting up of a false kingdom back then also, one that had only seven crowns. However, because that drawing of a third of the stars is attached to that 1st beast system reveals this fact. There are other Scriptures in the Old Testament prophets that confirms this too, but they are in a parable form, just like the Ezekiel 28 chapter is actually about Satan, and not the historical flesh king and prince of Tyre.

The ten horns are ten kings who have not yet received their kingdoms as the Vatican's New World Order Headquarters and the United Nations Organization, One Security Council that claims authority over the world are waiting for ten permanent members. In 2009 the UNO divided the world into ten economic regions and each one will have a Jesuit Provincial set over them, but their end will come with the glory of the Lord striking them down when He returns with us His army of angels, Rev 19:11-21.

Rev 12:1-6 John is shown a great sign in heaven as he sees a vision of a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet. The sun is representative of the glory and brilliance of Gods righteousness that surrounds her and protects her. Under her feet the moon which is illustrative of eternity, light, Gods faithfulness in His Son Jesus who is the greater light of the gospel age as Jesus being the light of the world that shines in darkness, but the darkness can not comprehend the light, Psalms 72:5-7; Isaiah 2:3-5; Jeremiah 31:35-37; Isaiah 30:26-33; John 1:1-5.

The woman is symbolic of Israel and the congregation of Gods people as she wears a crown of twelve stars which represents the twelve tribes of Israel that have repented of their arrogance as they felt they deserved Gods favor, but yet kept killing the prophets God sent to them, including the very Messiah they were waiting for. This is when the times of the Gentiles began as God went to them to take Himself a people that were humbled enough to receive salvation as God had mercy on them, Matthew 23:37-39; Acts 15:14; Romans 11:25-27.

Paul also warned the Gentiles against being lifted up in pride because they had been favored by God with salvation as he explained the blindness of Israel would not last forever as when they see the Gentiles now having favor in the Lord and being grafted into the branch of Israel they repent of their sin and turn back to God being once again found in His favor, Romans Chapter 11.

The true congregation of God can be symbolized here as a mother that has all here children gathered in one place for safety which in this case is under the wings of the almighty God, Psalms 91. She cries out like a woman in labor as the pain of her persecutions has become too great to bear as she waits to be delivered from her persecutors, 2 Timothy 4:18; 2 Peter 2:9; Colossians 1:13.

These angels that Satan cast down to earth are a third part of Gods holy angels that have made their allegiance to Satan as he uses them to work through the lust of others here on earth. The spiritual kingdom of Satan and his demon angels is the spiritual realm below the Spiritual realm where God and His angels dwell. Satan is called the prince of the power of the air as being the ruler of the kingdom of the air, Ephesians 2:2-6; 6:12. He has access to the heavenly realm of God, but only through Gods permission as he stands before God accusing the brethren, Zechariah 3:1, Job 1:6, 7; Revelation 12:10. Satan has access to God and also spiritually walks to and fro on earth as he works through others to deceive the nations, Job 1:7. This is how he was allowed to tempt Job and tried to deceive Jesus, Matthew 4:1.

These angels are used of Satan to speak heresies against God as Satan uses them to control the thoughts and minds of those with a lustful heart. Hebrews 13:2 says not to be forgetful to entertain strangers as some are angels unaware to them. Satan also uses his angels unaware to people to deceive them with a twisted word and false religions that lead into idol worshiping as these idols become their gods.

Israel, being the seed of Abraham and the Gentile being grafted into the seed, have always been persecuted by the Roman Empire that Satan works through. By their hands Satan tried to devour the Christ child using Herod to kill all those children from birth to two years old, Matthew Chapter 2. Satan tried again through that of the Roman Empire to do away with Jesus by crucifying Him to death, but God caught Him up to sit at His right hand and will live forever, 1 Corinthians 15:55, 56.

From 1798 until 1929 the Roman Empire was abolished for a time as a secular government was set up that allowed the freedom of the Gospel to be preached and published in print so now it was an opened display for all to read and hear. The Roman Empire was revived again in 1929 as these angels unaware to man crept in with Satan’s twisted word and continued idol worshiping that has deceived many into a false teaching of the word of God, which in scripture is called the falling away, 2Thessalonians 2:3.

The woman here represents the true congregation of God that flees to the wilderness for 1290 days just as Jesus forewarned her to do so in Matthew 24:15, 16. Jesus said when you see the abomination that causes desolation stand in the holy place Jesus is speaking about the son of perdition (the beast out of the earth, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12; Rev 13) taking a literal seat in Jerusalem on the very Temple Mount of God where the Dome of the Rock presently stands.

The abomination will be that of a New World Order with a singular governmental power that controls all economic, political, military, educational and religious authority that takes its seat in Jerusalem, Isaiah 14:12, 13; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12. This new government is a Global power giving false hope to the entire world as even the very elect of God will be deceived if possible, Matthew 24:24. The four horsemen in chapter 6 represent the false Christ, global wars, famine, sickness and disease that is brought on by mans sinful nature as they refuse to repent and turn back to God as they are lovers of self and their heart is full of pride and lust.

The scenario of the first six trumpets as Gods wrath is poured out into the world is that now the nations are in total chaos and left with little to no resources for sustaining life. Many are sick and dying from disease as there are no provisions to make medicine. Unemployment is at its all time lowest that causes many to lose everything they own. Governments collapse as civil wars and rioting break out as one covets that of what another has as they give no regard for the law and will take away what others possess just to survive. Marshal Law will come prevalent in all nations to control the people. Here in America do a study on Marshal Law and FEMA camps as it is an eye opener many people are not aware of.

The world cries out for a savior but rejects the one already given to them as they fall prey to that which comes under Satan’s control that is even secretly working in the world today. Jesus warned us to flee into the mountains/wilderness from this abomination and not to enter in and be yoked with the darkness as there is no communion with light and darkness, 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. This will be the greatest time of faith as we rely on God to supply our need and avoid the temptations that are set before us, 1 Peter 5:8.

But...

Revelation 17:12 shows that the ten horns (ten kings) will only come to power "one hour" at the end with the "beast" (i.e., the beast king). That has yet to happen today, and will only happen at the very end of this world when the false Messiah comes to power just prior to Christ's future return.

Furthermore, the Revelation 12:3-4 event of the ten horns, seven heads, but only 7 crowns, is tied to when Satan as that red dragon drew a third of the stars to earth (i.e., the stars represent angels). That never happened in this present world, it happened back when Satan first rebelled in coveting God's Throne, in that old world. There was no subduing of ten kings down to 7 when Satan originally rebelled. Thus it is error to try and apply that to this world's history, or even about the very end of this world.

Why then, did Lord Jesus give us that Rev.12:3-4 tidbit about a ten horn, seven head, seven crown beast kingdom? If you can receive it, that was about Satan's time of original rebellion with that system of ten horns, seven heads, and only "seven crowns". Notice I stress that "seven crowns". Why? Because the beast system of Revelation 13:1 is to have "ten crowns". It's different.

I know some will struggle with this, not understanding about that old world when Satan first rebelled against God and drew those third of the angels in rebellion with him, and especially that it involved his setting up of a false kingdom back then also, one that had only seven crowns. However, because that drawing of a third of the stars is attached to that 1st beast system reveals this fact. There are other Scriptures in the Old Testament prophets that confirms this too, but they are in a parable form, just like the Ezekiel 28 chapter is actually about Satan, and not the historical flesh king and prince of Tyre.

Nah, that's part of man's teaching, seminary doctrines from the old Reformation era.

Back in the Protestant Reformation, because of persecution of Protestants by the Catholic Church, that created the movement of Reformers and the Protestant Faith. I can speak freely of that era too, because my ancestors came to the Americas from France in the 15th-16th century and were Huguenots (first French Protestants). The Catholic Church made war upon the Protestants, so the Reformers thought the pope then was the Antichrist for the end.

Thing was though, the pope back then was NOT the Antichrist prophesied for the end of this world. The end did not happen. But strange... how some still want to follow all that instead of realizing that the pope and the Catholic Church is definitely NOT the Antichrist, nor the 'beast' system of Revelation 13 about the end of this world.

Daniel 2 reveals 5 pieces of the beast statue, not 4. And the final one about the feet of ten toes of clay mixed with iron is supporting all the other pieces for the very end of this world, which is why it says when that final piece is struck upon its feet, the whole thing comes tumbling down "together". What would that mean for our times then? It is this...

There will be a type pyramid political structure setup over all nations for Satan's final beast kingdom at the end. Under him will be the three subdued kings, and the other seven will reign over seven divided sections of the earth. The three kings represent the political tri-parte Tri-lateral Commission plan to divide the earth up into 3 main unions (European Union, American Union, and Pacific-Asia Union). This is why Daniel 2 reveals all... the beast systems of old represented by the statue pieces will be existing together at the end. It means a literal one-world government, which has been the plan for centuries.

Rev 12:1-6 John is shown a great sign in heaven as he sees a vision of a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet. The sun is representative of the glory and brilliance of Gods righteousness that surrounds her and protects her. Under her feet the moon which is illustrative of eternity, light, Gods faithfulness in His Son Jesus who is the greater light of the gospel age as Jesus being the light of the world that shines in darkness, but the darkness can not comprehend the light, Psalms 72:5-7; Isaiah 2:3-5; Jeremiah 31:35-37; Isaiah 30:26-33; John 1:1-5.

The woman is symbolic of Israel and the congregation of Gods people as she wears a crown of twelve stars which represents the twelve tribes of Israel that have repented of their arrogance as they felt they deserved Gods favor, but yet kept killing the prophets God sent to them, including the very Messiah they were waiting for. This is when the times of the Gentiles began as God went to them to take Himself a people that were humbled enough to receive salvation as God had mercy on them, Matthew 23:37-39; Acts 15:14; Romans 11:25-27.

Paul also warned the Gentiles against being lifted up in pride because they had been favored by God with salvation as he explained the blindness of Israel would not last forever as when they see the Gentiles now having favor in the Lord and being grafted into the branch of Israel they repent of their sin and turn back to God being once again found in His favor, Romans Chapter 11.

Those phrases in bold red was about the event of Satan's ORIGINAL rebellion against God, in coveting God's Throne. That happened PRIOR to Adam and Eve.

It's important to NEVER allow yourself to be tied to Scripture numbers or Chapter numbers as a way to know the 'order' of events. Revelation especially, is written closer to the way of the Old Testament prophets. A timeline can jump forward or backward within just a couple of verses, or even phrases. I assume our Heavenly Father and His Son gave His Word that way to see if we would actually pay attention and discipline ourselves in it.

I am quite aware of Satan's rebellion of old before the creation of Adam and Eve. Please do not be condescending if you do not agree with others as this violates the Terms of Service 1.1 and 1.3. It takes more than just reading the scriptures, but to also study the history of the four empires to see that which will be the son of perdition that Satan works through in the end of days for 3 1/2 years that will make many martyr's as they will not denounce Christ and will be beheaded for their witness and testimony of Christ.

You keep speaking about a ten horn, seven head and seven crown beast kingdom, but nowhere have you described them. These kingdoms, well after Satan being taken out of the garden of Eden because iniquity was found in him and well after the food in Noah's days, first derived with Nimrod as the ruler who rebelled against God in the construction of the Tower of Babel and being the first ruler of the Babylonian Empire that persecuted God's own, just like the other three empires after this first one.

Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Can you describe to us who this beast that was like a leopard, a bear, a lion and the iron element found in Daniel Chapter 2 and 7 that seemed to have received a deadly wound, but the deadly wound was healed?

I have to disagree as the Book of Revelations spans all the history and prophecies in the OT from Genesis to Malachi that teaches us the literal and the symbolic of the literal as there are no new things, but that which is revealed to us through the Holy Spirit, not man's theories and speculations that derive from a carnal view. There are to many bandwagon teachings out there that can be very deceiving.

Now if every time we try to show a fellow-believer a written Scripture which reveals they have gone astray, and that is seen as wrong to do that, then that would mean The Holy Spirit really isn't with us to help us understand God's Word, and it would also mean that what everyone reads for theirself from God's Word would be the truth, regardless if it agreed with what is written or not.

Since the Bible doesn't mention seven years, why summarize/assume that it does? Revelations is literal in parts and symbolic in parts. The Holy Spirit will teach us the difference.
