I'll pray. I don't know if this applies to you, but I drink a cup of warm greet tea and I put a ginger tea bag to go with it. You can get flavored ones too. If you don't like the taste you can put honey in it. It helps me. It also soothes me. I also drink peppermint and mint tea, but that is more so for my stomach to relax. Another thing is, Johnson's bedtime baby lotion. It's lavendar and doesn't have bad stuff in it. Lavendar helps people to relax, but usually is to strong for me. So this is perfect. There also is lavendar tea and chamomile, but it isn't my "cup of tea." O had to add that. praying
