To be honest I'm not sure as I don't play it often nor am I very good at it. But since it's an American game, I can only assume that it says the 2nd amendment thing. I don't think they change it when it comes into Australia (or out of America).

I do agree that a large part of the game is driving. Which I'm not that good at. Probably explains why I don't play the game too often. :biggrin
