Internet Explorer = :bigfrown

I use Firefox and Chrome - no problems and they're wicked fast.
I use Firefox too (
), but I always thought Internet Explorer 6 and below were the crazy versions. I didn't know Internet Explorer 7 was the same way. I have Internet Explorer 8 on my Windows XP systems, and I only use that when I wanna look something up quickly, and don't wanna open up Firefox (and have it load all thirteen tabs that I keep open).
Of course, if Internet Explorer 8 is as bad as the older versions, maybe I haven't used it enough to get problems like those myself...
And, like Sanitarium asked, how much memory does your computer have, and how fast is it? I've noticed that older computers seem to go slower with stuff like that. If you have Windows XP, click the Start button, then right-click on My Computer and click "Properties" on the menu that comes up. If you have Windows 2000 or some version before that, minimize everything so you can see the desktop, and then right-click on My Computer and click "Properties" on the menu that comes up. No matter how you do it, a window should pop up, and on the bottom-right corner, it should say something like:
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
3.20GHz, 504 MB of RAM
(That's actually my main system's CPU and memory)
What does it say on the bottom-right corner of that window on your computer? (For Carol or Relic)
