theres more to florida then some small island. i live in vero and we have a ton of Canadians here. i saw a car today from quebec. besides the keys often are hurricane riddenOkay so: more snow. As the carol says: 'Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow. In the bleak midwinter...'
There's Canada for you.
(Trouble is, there's not enough space in Key West, Fla. for all the Canadian snowbirds to fit on it...)
I grew up in Indiana and lower Michigan. And I used to live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I'm familiar with snow on snow on snow, lol.
Now where I live I'm satisfied with the few snows a year that we have and which melt away by noon, and actually prefer when the snow blows in the air without accumulating.
It's that stuff you glorify on your Christmas cards, but refuse to have anything to do with.Snow?
What's snow?
(yawn)
Does Medicare cover skin cancer?Gotta go work on my tan....
Ask Farouk when all his snowbirds come home.Does Medicare cover skin cancer?
Home?Ask Farouk when all his snowbirds come home.
Home?
Oh, you mean the southern birds who visit us here in the north in the spring and summer and then go back to their real homes in the south where they live. If the north was their 'home' they would never leave. Am I right, farouk?
Does Medicare cover skin cancer?
phht, head south to mexico then turn around. no body checks that border. As long as the Canadian who is visiting the US physically touches Canadian soil once every three months, s/he can turn round and enter the US again as a visitor; don't quote me, but I think this is so. (Best to talk to Homeland Security for up to date regulations.)
the banana's are producing here as well.Meanwhile in Tonga
Meanwhile, down in the South...

Pic was taken earlier this month in the park on a day that just barely chilly classified as "chilly"--to those of us who live here, anyway. It would probably have been like or almost like a summer day to those who are used to a colder winter climate.
palm trees. I hate those things. farouk I have a swamp with some gators that would love to meet a canuk....and just look at the palm trees in the background, too...

lol. if you can climb the groomed thirty foot trees you have a talent and I know that the samoans practice that art.The Canucks would thus be glad to have a convenient palm tree to climb, if they met any of your gator friends.
