she went to doctor today her thyroid level had doubled since her last visit. to be honest i have no clue what it amounts to .did more blood work and go from there her name is Bonnie
praying for Bonnie. You know, thyroid problems are usually quite treatable. My mama has to eat foods high in...iodine, I think it is...for her's, not Rx required. Verna has been taking Synthroid for years on top of years, no major problems, just occasional adjustments. I even had an acquaintance (female) who developed thyroid cancer at a young age, and--surprise, surprise--its one of the more treatable, less scary cancers. She's OK now.
any updates? I didn't mean to sound snide and dismissive, btw. Just trying to "keep hope alive..." thyroid problems are some of the more managable sort of long-term "issues" out there, it seems. anyway...
