Abraham had two sons, the first born is REJECECTED. Ishmael is rejected, Isaac is chosen.
Israel was rejected, and the Gentiles were last born, but were chosen. ( those born after the Spirit, not the many who are born after the flesh.)
The same we see in Jacob and Esau, the first born lost his birth right, and Jacob supplanted as Esau understood.
