The original Hebrew term satan is a noun from a verb meaning primarily "to obstruct, oppose", as it is found in Numbers 22:22, 1 Samuel29:4, Psalms 109:6.[6] Ha-Satan is traditionally translated as "the accuser" or "the adversary". The definite article ha- (English: "the") is used to show that this is a title bestowed on a being, versus the name of a being. Thus, this being would be referred to as "the satan"

Satan without the definite article is used in 10 instances, of which two are translated diabolos in the Septuagint and "Satan" in the King James Version (KJV):

  • 1 Chronicles 21:1, "Satan stood up against Israel" (KJV) or "And there standeth up an adversary against Israel" (Young's Literal Translation)[10]
  • Psalm 109:6b "and let Satan stand at his right hand" (KJV)[11] or "let an accuser stand at his right hand."
The other eight instances of satan without the definite article are traditionally translated (in Greek, Latin and English) as "an adversary", etc., and taken to be humans or obedient angels:

  • Numbers 22:22,32 "and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him."
  • 32 "behold, I went out to withstand thee,"
  • 1 Samuel 29:4 The Philistines say: "lest he [David] be an adversary against us"
  • 2 Samuel 19:22 David says: "[you sons of Zeruaiah] should this day be adversaries (plural) unto me?"
  • 1 Kings 5:4 Solomon writes to Hiram: "there is neither adversary nor evil occurrent."
  • 1 Kings 11:14 "And the LORD stirred up an adversary unto Solomon, Hadad the Edomite"[12]
  • 1 Kings 11:23 "And God stirred him up an adversary, Rezon the son of Eliadah"
  • 25 "And he [Rezon] was an adversary to Israel all the days of Solomon"

Acts 7:43
Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

In the Septuagint, the Hebrew ha-Satan in Job and Zechariah is translated by the Greek word diabolos (slanderer), the same word in the Greek New Testament from which the English word devil is derived. Where satan is used to refer to human enemies in the Hebrew Bible, such as Hadad the Edomite and Rezon the Syrian, the word is left untranslated but transliterated in the Greek as satan, a neologism in Greek.

Sathariel (Hebrew סתריאל, Greek: Σαθιήλ) is one of the Qliphoth, corresponding to the Sephirah Binah on the kabbalistic Tree of life. It represents the Concealment of God, which hides the face of Mercy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sathariel

The Book of Enoch contains references to Satariel, thought also to be Sataniel and Satan'el

Mastema : (the seductress) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mastema
According to the Book of Jubilees, Mastema ("hostility") is the chief of the demons engendered by the Watchers/fallen angels with women.

His actions and name indicate he is the Satan, the "Adversary", but more the Satan who appears in the Book of Job with a function to fulfill under God than the Satan of later tradition who is the uttermost enemy of God. Beliar, mentioned twice in Jubilees, is likely to be identical with Mastema in this work.[1]

When God is ready to destroy all these demons after the flood and Noah prays that his descendants be released from their attacks, Mastema intervenes, beseeching God to allow him to retain and control one tenth of these demons in order to exercise his authority because they are "intended to corrupt and lead astray before my judgement because the evil of the sons of men is great". (Jubilees 10:8)[2] Mastema is the tester of humans, with God's permission.

Mastema sends a plague of birds onto the land in the days of Terah. (Jubilees 11:10)[3]

Later, Mastema counsels God to test Abraham (Jubilees 17:15-16),[4] just as Satan in the book of Job wants permission to test Job. As Abraham prepares to sacrifice his son Isaac, Mastema stands in God's presence. On his deathbed, Isaac promises that the spirits of Mastema will have no power to turn Jacob or his descendants away from Yahweh.

The strange account in Exodus 4.24 where Yahweh meets Moses by the way and tries to kill him is retold in a way that attributes the attack to Mastema instead (Jubilees 48:1-3).[5] It is claimed that Mastema aided the Egyptian priests that opposed Moses. Mastema is also said to have been chained while the Israelites left Egypt, but then let go to encourage the Egyptians to chase after the Israelites and so come to their doom in the Red Sea. The deaths of the firstborn of the Egyptians are attributed to "all the powers of Mastema".

Daniel 12:1
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Jude 1:9
Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Michael, the great prince... and; Michael, the archangel. 2 different.

Daniel 12:1 Michael: mî·ḵā·’êl 4317.
Michael
From miy and (the prefix derivative from) kiy and 'el; who (is) like God?; Mikael, the name of an archangel and of nine Israelites -- Michael.
http://biblehub.com/strongs/hebrew/4317.htm

Jude 1:9 Michael : 3413. Michaél
Michael
Of Hebrew origin (Miyka'el); Michael, an archangel -- Michael.
http://biblehub.com/strongs/greek/3413.htm

Strong's Concordance number for Michael in Daniel 12:1 - .. 4317
Strong's Concordance number for Michael in Jude 1:9- .. 3413

Of course one is in Hebrew and the other in Greek but Michael the archangel is referred to with proper Honor. Michael, the great prince is also referred to with proper honor.

However..." And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book."

The time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to the same time, does not occur until 'that time shall Michael stand up'...

the great prince which 'standeth' for the children..... 'Stand' : 5975. amad : abide behind, appoint, arise, cease, confirm, continue, dwell, be employed,
A primitive root; to stand, in various relations (literal and figurative, intransitive and transitive) -- abide (behind), appoint, arise, cease, confirm, continue, dwell, be employed, endure, establish, leave, make, ordain, be (over), place, (be) present (self), raise up, remain, repair, + serve, set (forth, over, -tle, up), (make to, make to be at a, with-)stand (by, fast, firm, still, up), (be at a) stay (up), tarry.

Daniel 11
20Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. 22And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. 23And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people. 24He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time. 25And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices against him. 26Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain. 27And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed. 28Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land.

The time of trouble begins when Michael the great prince stands up (appoints, establishes) for 'the children of thy people' (the people of Daniel).

After that time, war in heaven... Revelations 12:7

the great prince, seeking to appoint and establish the time of trouble for all the world, does so after setting and appointing the time for the children of the people of Daniel.

i guess after seeking to destroy the children of Daniel's people, the time of trouble will also destroy all the world so that if God did not leave a remnant, no flesh would escape.

But it is so strange how human hearts are so cold to other human beings... And this only because the ones who are able to 'establish' and 'appoint' such times, have positions of vocations instead of humble home hearts seeking to preserve life rather than exalt authority.

Daniel 11:
11:36
And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

11:37
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

Daniel 11:14
And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.

The robbers of thy people...... The robbers shall exalt themselves...

this king, who shall magnify himself above all, has robbers who are on his side... .

And at time many hirelings will abandon the flock for fear of the wolves...

John 10:12
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

10:13
The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

Acts 20:28-31
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

Mark 13:1420
14But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: 15And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: 16And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. 17But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 18And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter. 19For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.20And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. 21And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he isthere; believe him not: 22For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. 23But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Romans 11:25-32
25For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

28As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. 29For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. 30For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

From what I get from the above verses is this: Because the enemies, God has had to show mercy regardless. And so as HE has showed mercy, HE will also show the same mercy to Israel even though they are as the Gentiles, unbelieving.

For God to allow the lawless ones, who without belief, to continue as they have and not allow the lawful ones, who are without belief, to perish, would be UnGodly..

Because if it is a matter of unbelief unto Christ, God has called us all as unrighteous..
(32For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.)

Mark 13:20 "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days."

And maybe why that is why God has made it a mystery..

There is a thing in modern Churches known as 'undeserved favor'. If God extends such undeserved merits to non believers and lawless ones, He ought to extend the same 'undeserved' favors and merits to non believers but Lawful ones.

And so allow me to ask you this: What might turn many away from God? What might make many follow after the wolves who enter in to seek to take disciples away from Christ unto themselves? What might cause the abomination of desolation to be set up?

Leviticus 18:22
"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination."
Leviticus 20:13
"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall beupon them."

Thanks be to Christ for having become our death.

Israel, in part, in whom the Law of God was handed down by Moses to the Sons of Israel, have played the harlot with strange gods in their own lands. They have turned away and are now becoming as stiff necked and they are doing what their fathers did not even do.. They have forgotten the ways of their fathers, spurned the corrections of their mothers and have left Israel to be undefended against such ones who come in seeking to not spare... Even their 'shepherds' have shown neglect. The world would have become as Sodom and Gomorrah..

Isaiah 1:9 "Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah."

Romans 9:29 "And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha."

And although we all have a part in God's Plan of Salvation, these LGBTQ members are showing one thing. Life cannot go on when sin is unchecked... They themselves have been part of proving that it is by and through Righteousness in Christ and God that the world is established. These LGBTQ members have proven, themselves, to the world, that The Holy Bible is True and everyone a liar...

Romans 3:4
4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Without God in the live's, man is helpless to the world and helpless to stand in their own integrity and righteousness.

John 15:5
"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."

Many people have to do the 'dirty' job. Someone's gotta do it seeing that noone is cleaning up after their own mess.

Thanks be to God for many being part of getting God's Attention...

Maybe if people could remind themselves to weekly read their job duties and job responsibility list, maybe alot of things would be alot better..

When the Constitution is always being amended, duties and responsibilities remain the same. We do not work for the Constitution, we work for our employer(s) who has requirements and expectations. And if they also leave their job duties and responsibilities, where shall we stand for any helps besides joining in the masses of disrespectful employees.
