What do you do when there's only milk and no cereal left when you eat a bowl of cereal?

I hear stated in the media that milk is bad for humans.
How true this is I don't know, I haven't thought to pursue the idea.
Does anyone have any comments on this bold statement?

I've heard that. I don't think it's good for us. The reason is that it's for cows and has everything that a growing calf needs to grow. But calves are big and require a lot of nutrition & fat. So it'd be too fattening for us. From what I understand, goats milk is better than cows milk.

Thank you for your reply; that's an interesting point. It's a wonder with some negative press regarding milk, how many of us still drink the liquid.
Do we love it or are we foolish?
