God speaks to us in scripture of a 3 1/2 year tribulation during the time of the seventh trumpet sounding as being time, times and half time which equals 1260 days = 3 ½ years or 3 ½ Times – Hebrew calendar only had 30 days for each month and this is where you get 1260 days or 3 ½ years. This will be the time of the son of perdition taking his seat in Jerusalem causing all to take its mark or die a martyr's death as they refuse to denounce Christ and bow down and worship this beast, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; Rev 13; 20:4.
[Scripture reference]
Revelation 12:14; Daniel 7:25; Daniel 12:7
1260 days – Revelation 11:3; Revelation 12:6
42 months – Revelation 11:2; Revelation 13:5

No where in scripture does it mention a seven year tribulation, but only seven trumpets. Scripture says we will always have tribulation as the last time will be such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be, Matthew 24:15-21; Deut 4:30; 7:19; 29:1-6; 1 Samuel 26:24; John 16:33; Romans 12:12; 24:21; James 1:2; 1 Peter 1:6.

The seven trumpets of Revelation are an end time event that is described throughtout the Bible as "the shaking of the powers of heaven". Isaiah 13:9, 10; Joel 2:2, 30, 31 Amos 8:9; Zephaniah 1:15, 16; Matthew 24:29; Luke 21:25, 26; Acts 2:20; Rev 6:12, 13; 8:6-11:5.

This will be a time of God shaking the heavens and the earth, shaking those that have yet to repent and turn back to Him in as God would hope that none would perish before the second coming of Christ. This shaking of the earth will not affect those who are God's own by faith in Christ as we are sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption as we are not to grieve the Holy Spirit, Ephesians 4:30. It's those who endure until the end that will be saved from being cast into the lake of fire.

Scripture does not mention a measuring of time during the sounding of each trumpet. IMO I think they will all be sounded quickly and the seventh brings in the abomination of desolation Jesus warned us to flee from. When God starts shaking the heavens and the earth many will walk in fear and fall prey to the son of perdition who claims he is God and promises peace, safety and provision to all who fear what is happening in the world and will bow down to this beast taking its mark sealing their fate of damnation.

The Coming of the Son of Man
Luke 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
Luke 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
Luke 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

God's chosen people are the Nation Israel .
This period is where God brings everything full circle with regard to them.
This future period of Jewish testing is prophesized of in old testament scripture.
Jesus was not " pierced " by gentiles , He was pierced in the House of His Friend.

Zec 12:10
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

can you say me it
Won't that many agree with me, but I'm not going to hide what Lord Jesus actually taught about the "great tribulation" He warned His Church about. The key to this is paying... attention in His Word, and beware of listening to men's doctrines about it. One can buy all sorts of books about it which leave the actual Bible Scripture and speculate way too much, and thusly you will get farther away from what Lord Jesus said.

Christ's Olivet discourse while upon the Mount of Olives with His disciples is the heart of understanding about the tribulation of the last days leading up to His future return. He covered it in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, and all three of those Chapters should be studied together. Matthew 24 and Mark 13 especially parallel the Seals of Revelation 6, so that is also part of His Olivet discourse, the main Signs expanded.

1. Jesus said as long as we hear of wars and rumors of wars, don't be troubled, but the end is not yet. Kingdom against kingdom, nation against nation, famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. This period prior... to the "great tribulation" Jesus called the "beginning of sorrows".

Since He said don't be troubled about the wars and rumors of wars, because the end is not yet, what "end" did He mean? He meant the very end of this world, the "great tribulation" time. So what kind of time is the OPPOSITE of wars and rumors of wars? The opposite of that is a time of PEACE. That is actually what Apostle Paul taught about the very end per 1 Thessalonians 5 when the deceived begin to say, "Peace and safety", and then "sudden destruction" comes upon 'them'. That "sudden destruction" is about God's Wrath poured out on the final day of this world with Christ's coming, that day called "the day of the Lord". That day will end... the "great tribulation" by Satan.

We are also shown in Daniel 8 and Daniel 11 that the "little horn" and "vile person", simple titles for Satan as the final Antichrist, will use 'peace'... to destroy many, and by his policy will cause craft to prosper. This shows the "end" is going to be a time of fake world peace and prosperity for the deceived! not all out chaos and destruction. Even in Revelation 11 about God's two witnesses, they prophesy for the final 1260 days and have the power of plagues upon the earth. Then when they are killed, the nations will send gifts to each other because those two prophets that tormented them are dead. That shows they immediately go back to their fake "Peace and safety". In Revelation 13, it is asked who can make war with the beast? None in that time, because he will control all nations for 42 months as written there.

Thus the "great tribulation" will have two type of effects upon people:

1. for the wicked and deceived, it will be a chicken in every pot for them as they willingly bow to the Antichrist and take his mark, then everything will be provided for them.

2. upon us, a time of suffering. The Antichrist is coming to make war against us, those in Christ, not the deceived and wicked that he already has in his hand. Some of us are to be delivered up give a Testimony for Jesus against the beast, and by that some... of us will be killed. But others among us, not a hair on our head will perish like Jesus also said.

Then immediately after... that tribulation, all peoples on earth will Jesus coming in the clouds with great power and glory, and He will send His angels to gather His faithful Church. The Zechariah 14 Scripture then reveals where His destination will then be, on earth, upon the Mount of Olives where He ascended to Heaven from (per Acts 1). And He brings all His faithful Church there with Him, east of Jerusalem.

can you say me it
God's wrath.
The reign of the beast who will cause and be the cause of astounding devastation on the earth.

The wicked will fall to his lies.
2 thess 2
They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
