I am sure that he can be found by people who want to find him. Certainly his followers can find him and the U.S. government could find him in the past. The question is do they really want to find him now and to what end?

The party line is that he is an international criminal and is on the FBIs most wanted list, but 9/11 is not listed as a crime that he is sought for. I wonder why?
