Please help me pray, I was involve in sexual relationship with my 1st cousin and have 5 children. I was studying 1 chron.21 vs 1-2 in April 2022, God told me to confess my sin,,which I did,,can I reset this wrong to remarry right according to God's will and choice and people will not say I am wicked and it is an attack on my ministry by devil. Please I need your prayers, I want to do God will even it cost me much. Thanks .

I'm not sure what 1 Chronicles 21:1-2 has to do with your situation.

Here in America second cousins are legally allowed to marry in every state. A marriage between first cousins is legal in only half of the states. Marrying your first cousin or a half sibling will largely depend on the laws where you live and personal or cultural beliefs, but there are no scriptures that forbid this.

I don't know how you can undo this, especially with having 5 children with her. Is it really God convicting you or Satan buffeting you to keep you away from the ministry God has for you. Nowhere is it found in the Bible that God forbids first cousins to marry. Many churches have their own laws that prohibit this, but God does not or else it would be written in the list of unforbidden marriages.

Here is a list of marriages that God forbids: Leviticus 20:11-21; Deuteronomy 22:30; 27:20-23. First cousin is not mentioned.

David sinned in 1 Chronicles 21, and was convicted of his sin. Seye is also being convicted.

Seye Oladimeji Like for_his_glory said, the Torah does not forbid the marriages of first cousins. But it would forbid sex outside of marriage. If I may ask, were you ever married to your 1st cousin, or was it all out of marriage? If you did marry her, have you divorced her?
