All the business advice that I've received says, beware. There may be one legit paying job in a hundred, but 99% of them are scams or ripoffs, require a franchise fee or an initial investment in inventory, or offer a year or more of fee-based "training" which may or may not qualify you for a job that may or may not exist. Some still play the old MLM racket of building a downline to pay you a percentage of their take (after which, you pay a percentage of your take to your "management".) There are still Ponzi schemes out there posing as legitimate businesses. If it seems too good to be true, don't even think about it.DkC said:I've always wondered if there are actually any legit jobs (sources of income) that can be found on the internet and can be done from home. Everything I've read about is either a gimmick or asks for a start up fee.

I work for about an hour a day finding cash flow notes on real estate properties. I find them and contact the Realtor Company I signed with and I get money off the top. My largest cash note was $7,775. And I worked maybe 2 hours to locate and cash in. So far in two years I have made roughly $74,000. I just bought and moved into a new home the week before last. It's 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, double car garage. I bought it at $182,000. I'll have it paid off less then 10 years. There are many sites on the internet that can help you learn about Cash Flow Notes and how to get involved. There are no sales involved. All you do is find cash notes and turn them into cash. You're helping other people while you do it. No one wants to sit on a cash note. So it's a win win situation. One problem though, depending on where you live there is alot of competition on these cash flow real estate notes. My way around it??? Moble Home Parks. It's a hidden gold mine..
