That's good, and don't forget the nutritional aspect which this board is rich with. Whatever the mainline tells you about food is probably 180º off. In other words, you're probably not fat because of the fat you eat, but it's probably refined stuff and carbs (sugars). Both my sons eat high protein foods, the older one lost over 30 pounds of weight in just weeks and the younger one came home from college with big muscles in just one month --- must be those supplements, high protein diet and weight lifting.
