A PIMPLE!!!

That's right, an actual pimple. Eeuck, and it's right below her lower lip and it hurts her when she is eating / drinking i don't want to put anything on it that could be dangerous... because of where it is she could lick it if i put cream or something on it...

I'm certain it is a pimple, and not some eery rash. it looks exactly like a mini version of when i get pimples she has had it a day already and it only bothers her when it is touched, like when i clear the spat out food off with her spoon, then she gets upset and doesn't want to eat any more, and when she drinks her bottle and it touches it she get upset

Is there anything i can do to make the horrible thing go away?

You can put lanolin on it to soften it up, and if it's pure it won't hurt if she gets it into her mouth. You could also put a drawing salve on it (Prid or Black Ointment) to relieve it, but I would be careful to do it at night because it's really sticky. A little goes a long way. It's all natural, but I am not sure about her accidentally getting this into her mouth...you should check.

The Lord bless you.
