As seen by this posted site, the Bible cannot address masturbation directly but only via 'lust' that may or may not consume the individual.
One then has to make a decerning personal decision as to whether it will be a greater problem for them by abstaining from mastubation or not.
Yes, here we talk of idolatry. Idolatry is anything that can get between us and Godly Worship.
In this sense we can become idolatrous perhaps if we do do it or maybe if we don't do it. If our concentration is so short because we cannot evict an urge this has to be overcome in one way or another.
The bible talks of lust as wrong and we know this. But let us also remember that a seemingly happy married couple can have these same lusts and not necessarily about each other. Even the marriage bed sanctity can be violated immediately by a wrongful thought by either partner.
But let us not dwell on the negative aspects of how any person at any time can be sinning whether in body or in mind. Rather let the indivdual recognize the stumbling blocks of lust before them and eradicate this potential whether it be through personal masturbation or abstinance without yearning.
Either way let us not find ourselves in an idolatrous position!

I have seen them on a few TV shows, because they are provocative and approach the issue in an unorthodox manner. They also had a commercial I saw aired on MTV. There are good resources on their site. They have accountability software to download, discussion and prayer forums, a 800 number for counseling, and some good articles.
 
I'm assuming because xxx was in the name. The moderator may have simply looked at the name, and thought I was joking around and/or linking to a porn site.
