Got it, don't vote for a republican
Mfw almost all my politics are exclusive to the Democratic party, but I'm still prolife and most Democrats are not prolife.
Hi all,
Everyone, each and everyone of us, American voters, should vote for who they feel is the best person to stand in the place of leadership in our nation. For me, that's going to leave out a lot of Republican contenders. Just too much lying and scurrying about under the cover of lies for me to approve of. But, whatever your particular praises are for whoever is running for the position, should guide your conscience in voting.

At this point, we have seen that this nation needs God fearing Americans who love this nation and desire to uphold the constitution.
The label Republican or Democrat doesn’t matter as we have seen traitors to this nation with both labels.
If a person loves God and is for this nation, and the constitution for which it stands, then they will get my vote.
I just don’t know of any Democrats at all, except maybe Tulsi Gabbard, that fits that bill, and she is no longer a Democrat.
Can you send me the names of any Democrats that love this nation and the Constitution and acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord, and will stand up for innocent unborn babies?
I want to make my decision as to who I’m voting for in November.

Not looking for the same qualifications as you seem to be, probably makes it tough for us to be understanding of the other's position.
Politics is a worldly profession and is, therefore, not where I look to find strong Christ-like values. For me, I vote for people who seem to have compassion for those who haven't quite grasped the brass ring. Those least of us, that God speaks of in His desire to teach us mercy and compassion for others. But you are welcome to use your own measurement for another's faith, to determine who you think would be the best leader. Personally, I doubt that anyone with a real strong faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, would ever make it to some place of importance in our political system. From what I'm seeing, such a person couldn't carry the vote. There aren't enough people like yourself who would vote for them.
We have, from time to time, had people who present themselves for an election touting strong christian beliefs, but they have never made it to the winner's circle. Most have just been milqtoast in their christian faith, practicing going to worship services while in leadership, but not really putting down a line in the sand of hardline faith as the root of all our laws and behaviors. Sadly, that's what's happening in Iran right now and it isn't going well for them. Although the Iranian government isn't christian based, a lot of their laws and practices are based on the old covenant law given to Abraham. But I believe that God's ask of us, since Jesus died for sin, is that we show mercy, compassion and love for even the least of us. Even Jesus, while he was alive, did not hold the woman caught in sexual sin to be condemned to the death that Moses' law proscribed for such behavior.
So, I choose to work within a system of government that is supportive of the people. Having read the Scriptures, I know, yes, I absolutely know, that the righteousness of Christ is never going to be one of the tenets of any earthly government. God wasn't able to hold His people, Israel, to such a governmental organization and I'm pretty confident that no earthly government of men is going to be particularly Christ-like in its rule of law. Having read the Scriptures through a number of times, I'm confident that godliness is never going to have a majority hold on any governmental group, or the voters that elect them. But then, I don't look to the government to save any of us. That's God's job through His Son, Jesus.
Further, I just really can't understand how anyone thinks that the government, as run recently by Donald Trump, is the answer to your complaint. There is certainly nothing particularly godly about the man. He's actually one of the few national leaders who pretty much never attended any kind of worship service to God or Jesus. However, as the showman that he is, he did, on occasion, put on a good show of trying to hold himself up as some righteous believer.

Well, I'm not in agreement that any politician has to 'love' this nation, to be an effective legislator or whatever political position is being considered. I'm not sure that anyone has to 'love' the Constitution to be an effective component in our government. But they must respect the rule of law that the nation has established, so long as such laws are not onerous on the people. I'm not even convinced that everyone holding some public elected office has to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord, although it would be good for all involved.

I think we all need to go to DC and pray like this for President Biden . Think they would let us pray for Pres. Biden like this miamited ?

What it means to me is, to love the nation of America, one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
The Constitution that was written in the beginning and was founded on the precepts and principles of God’s word.
This is the greatest nation on earth, which is why people are risking their lives everyday to try and get here.
Remember how under President Lincoln, a Republican, we had to fight to free the slaves, and hundreds of thousands of white Republican men, sacrificed their lives to free black African Americans from the grip of the racist Democrat Party.
President Lincoln himself lost his life to a racist Democrat who murdered our President like a racist coward, sneaking up behind him and shooting him in the back, because he despised blacks and despised President Lincoln for his stance on equality.
Remember the great Republican Dr Martin Luther King was also murdered for his stance on racial equality.

I don't see why anyone would stand in the way of a small group of powerful religious leaders who wanted to pray for/with Pres. Biden. However, Pres. Biden doesn't wear his faith out on his sleeve for everyone's entertainment. I can find you plenty of sound byte religion throughout D.C. He doesn't try to use his faith to sway a bunch of hoodwinked, what some in the fellowship of believers call 'evangelical', believers. I believe, judging merely by the demeanor of the two men, that there is much more 'christ-likeness' in the day to actions of Joe Biden over the last 20-30 years than one can find evidenced in Donald Trump's last 20-30 years of life. I like mercy and forgiveness and compassion. Hate and anger and vulgar language is for those of the world, not those who belong to him.
I mean seriously, I would challenge anyone to a serious look at the practice and knowledge of one's faith in Jesus, between Donald Trump and Pres. Biden. I'm encouraging anyone who really cares to go back through the last 20 years of one's proclaiming faith in Jesus. Who is the bold one?

Why I will not support the left .
I follow that ,the blue cities .uhm no.
I wouldn't visit NYC without packing my hear and if I did they would arrest me.but it I like dead on their street ,tut ,tut .if they caught the guy he might be charged but would be out awaiting the trail.
In all honesty if I needed a small group to pray for me, I would prefer it to be miamited , evenifigoalone ,jasonc and JLB rather than "powerful religious leaders" .

I don't trust either modern Republicans or Democrats. The very murky and complex history of how the parties have changed over the several hundred years has made me realize that the parties move.with their base. The party of Lincoln is nothing like the modern party.
For me I prefer to vote on policy rather than name. Both parties seem more interested in the culture war than economics or infrastructure
