the mengen david or the isreali flag isn't a sin to use. the symbols of jewry since the late 1800's has been the star of david. I can post images of my relatives graves and they have that image on it. the history of that is debatable whether its of pagan origin or not. it depends whom is the source. messianic jews will use that. some jews aren't sure. some say it is. its up to you.
Did you know that the Star of David is of pagan origin (that the actual biblical symbol for Israel is the menorah)? Romans 11:28 says we must support Israel. And I note that your Star of David avatar is obviously the flag of the modern State of Israel as a symbol of support. I am not trying to cause strife, but at the very least we must needs take a look see into the things we take on the surface all too easily.
Hi there, jeff; doing fine, ty; see what you make of the recent posts on the thread you earlier posted on (might even be slightly relevant to you and your wife; I don't know): http://www.christianforums.net/showthread.php?t=43748&page=31
Hope your Proverbs study is going well, also.
Have a nice meal. Blessings.
Hi Jeff, I was with clients earlier; spotted your message; and I think you posted it to your page rather than mine! Here is approaching 5PM (Central Canada). Replied again to your post about your school's dress code, etc. Blessings.
PS: Hi jeff, ty for your post about tats; you may have already said all you want, but I've replied to your post anyway.
Re. OSAS, I think the way it is stated is often important, as to what people really mean by it. But I find the Romans 8 very strong. Blessings.
Personally I think the promise to the believer at the end of Romans 8 is very compelling. But you're right, some people on various subjects argue for argument's sake sometimes. Re. threads, if you have any comments, I'd be interested. Blessings.
