Google failed me too. I do not think that guy understands advertising, the internet or much else other than how to cook BBQ.
Google EARTH helps, a friend of mine in California found it on Google Earth, as she knew it had to be close to Eureka Springs.

I have a friend in California, I posted this "mystery" post and in an hour, she told me what highway I was on, and within 20 miles of the exact spot. She says that, sometime today when she gets time, she will give me exact GPS coordinates once she finds them.
She always impresses me, this time, she's kinda scaring me.

She did it, got me within 25 feet:
You JERK! That pull-out is newer than Google Street View. The clouds made it tough to get the exact sun position, but your image gave me the time to within a few milliseconds.
Ultimately, that was enough to get you with Landsat.
You're at 35°43'59.99"N, 93°48'47.28"W, elev 1760ft. Camera is looking just a little north of east.
