Well, we'd be going with them for sure. Texas and Louisiana are joined at the hip, literally. But while I might have expected something like this, I don't know that it will succeed. I don't think the powers that be will allow it.
Could be wrong, but my guess is they would potentially kill some people if necessary to keep it from happening.

Now understand. When He says "Texas will be a nation," that must be taken in the spiritual sense. I still very strongly doubt that it refers to political succession. What He will do with these States will be a spiritual empowerment that makes them strong "nations" in the evil "world" of this country, but those who read succession into it will likely miss and over-read what the Lord is doing.
For a Brit to be saying these things lovingly about the United States is a glorious and beautiful thing in and of itself, and a work of God. I have nothing against Brits, but I have known several of them, and as a people they don't tend to look favorably upon us or our nation. They tend to look down on us, and it is reflected in their comments. This is true even of several British Christians I have known, though not all of them. There are exceptions. But the fact that he has a love for our country and a true knowledge of it is a beautiful thing, IMO.

Yes. It runs a parallel. The Lord speaks in a certain language, and will use His own words and analogies over and over again in new applications. He has done this going back to the days of the Old Testament prophets, and all the way through to the present. It's amazing how so few words - those used in the Bible - can be multiplied many times over down throughout the pages of history, and well into eternity as well.
The promises of God stand strong, and are ever being fulfilled.
In the word Tomi gave, he referenced an eagle several times as a sign.

I apologize for posting a cartoon in this thread, its not funny a false prophet distract Christians from genuine Bible Study to ready them for the coming apocalypse, with political religious psychobabble.

You always seem to have some derogatory attitude towards anything you don’t understand, which from what I have seen is a lot.
Sir, I don’t know why you have absolutely no fear of God whatsoever so as to blaspheme people you don’t know anything about with a false accusation and label of “false prophet”.
I know you won’t change, and I honestly fear for your eternal salvation.

Point to one Prophet in Scripture that rambled on about political events. True Prophets speak the Word of the LORD bringing erring people to their senses so they repent of their evil ways:
21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings. (Jer. 23:18-22 KJV)
25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.
26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; (Jer. 23:25-26 KJV)
If he were a true prophet he would explain the book of Revelation, let us know what is to come so we can be ready for the Great Tribulation that will nearly wipe Christianity off the face of the Earth, only a few scattered survivors will be raptured:

When the Beast turns on Babylon his ten horn political base burns her with fire, Lady Zion who took refuge in Babylon will exposed (Zech. 2:7) and "the power of the holy people" (her political protection from the haters, Dan. 12:7) will cease. A Bible Student can discern the difference between a true prophet with a Bible message, and one with political religious babble of no worth.

Every Christian can prophesy, speak the Bible which is the Word of God:
"For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. (Rev. 19:10 KJV)
