Mom came back from the ER last night. Probably should have posted this in aaaa prayer request thread come to think of it.

I believe I would still follow much of the morality from Christianity, though likely would grow more and more loose with it as time goes on.

My mom lost her job due to a car crash and ended up in hospital, then released, but she went back to the ER today (self admitted) with what's probably cellulitis. People always expect me to be beside myself when stuff like this happens, but I've always handled this kind of thing rather well...

I have an "anxiety calm" playlist with a lot of spiritual songs or worship songs, but I also have an "anxiety vent" playlist. Sometimes the calm playlist doesn't quite do it and I need some catharsis. Linkin Park is a good band for that.

I work as a receptionist, so my hours are pretty set day to day. Typically I work Monday to Friday 7 am to 2 or 3 pm. I've been in poor mental health all year long, not many people understand. My calming playlist is getting a lot of use, and seems to be one of the better coping mechanisms I have.

Well with Ascension Thursday come and gone, my chapter at RCIA/OCIA is complete. Now I must continue to live faithfully. Maybe I'll be able to attend a Bible study I know they have on Tuesdays.

I feel like we've pretty much always been up to evil? Like the past is extremely bloody and violent, we are actually fortunate to live in the era we do. I don't feel like this will last much longer though.

I'm a chatty sort. How was your day. I got off work less than an hour ago, stopped by the gas station on the way home and got a fountain drink. I saw a family of ducks crossing the road and took a picture of them. Just relaxing now and listening to my "anxiety calm" playlist.
