I dont know about other people here but I tend to think relatively liberally-I view the bible as a source of spiritual wisdom and metaphors for life lessons, not necessarily the "be all and end all" truth.

I figured the response would be something like that. They do have some interesting practices though, like fasting from dawn til dusk for 20 days straight.
Or are their lyrics about human sacrafice and killing people purely dramatic? Im thinking of bands like High on Fire and Metallica, not to mention a horde of various black and death metal bands. If they do, it's hard to imagine how they get away with it year after year, but the lyrics are sung...

I read online of someone who attends both a Jewish synagogue and Christian Church and described themselves as "eclectic". It sounded interesting. Does anyone here do that? Or, what are your opinions on that?
