God `who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see...` (1 Tim. 6: 16) God will be in the city by His Holy Spirit as He is throughout all His great kingdom.

Heaven is NOT like earth. Our new glorified bodies can go through realms, like the Lord did. We will not be `entertaining` others. We will be learning from the Lord how to `rule and reign` with Christ over all God`s great kingdom. We will be going here and there in service for Him. Look at this...

Only those IN Christ by His Holy Spirit with His divine nature are in the Body of Christ. Those who went before as `made righteous` and have an earthly or city inheritance. (Heb. 11: 16) We are OF the SEED, which is CHRIST. We are not of Abraham`s lineage.

The `promise` is the Holy Spirit,` not all the details God gave to Abraham. )Gal. 3: 14)

God dwells with all His people in His great kingdom from heaven to earth by His Holy Spirit. No one has seen the Father or ever can for He dwells in unapproachable glory. (1 Tim. 6: 16)

Mmm I`d rather have my new `house,` `For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven., if indeed...

    What is our Inheritance?

I agree with being overcomers, enduring trials and eternal life with the Father and Son. However, there is no mention of the Body of Christ in the New Jerusalem. It was promised to the Old Testament saints. (Heb. 11: 16) As overcomers we will rule and reign with Christ on His own throne in...

Only the Old Testament Saints were promised the city. (Heb. 11: 16) Book of Life - for the Body of Christ. Lamb`s book of life - for Israel. The title Lamb is used in relation to Israel`s Passover sacrifice.

`...the throne of God and of the Lamb.` (Rev. 21: 27) Throne means authority. You see the city came down out of Heaven FROM God. (Rev. 21: 2) God and the Lord have their seat of power and authority far above all. (Eph. 1: 20 - 22)

God`s authority (throne) is there but `Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool.` (Isa. 66: 1) God will be there by His Holy Spirit.

    What is our Inheritance?

Thank you for your reply, Elijah, I agree with eternal life, however, not on the earth. That was spoken to the people of Israel, as the Body of Christ was not revealed at that time.

All scripture is Christ related. The symbols are all explained in God`s word relating to Christ`s rulership in the city, the community of Old Testament Saints.

That was Jesus talking to Israel, they were the city on the hill. (Matt. 5: 14) Rev. 21 has no mention of the Body of Christ. There are many `books.` One is the `Book of Life (Phil. 4: 3) and another is the Lamb`s book of Life.` (Rev. 21: 27) The title `Lamb` is related to Israel and their...

That is only in the Body of Christ. The Old Testament Saints are not in the Body, they are the just/righteous men (& women) waiting for their inheritance in the general assembly. (Heb. 12: 23)

The city comes down out of heaven FROM God. God, by His Holy Spirit is everywhere, and His seat of power and authority is in the highest. (Isa. 66: 1)

    What is our Inheritance?

What is our Inheritance? We know that Christ has redeemed us and is sanctifying us and making us like unto Himself, however, what is our inheritance? With scriptures, please.

The Throne: Christ`s Rulership. `And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the lamb shall be in it,....`(Rev. 22: 3) The word, `throne,` represents the rule and authority of God. We know that God`s eternal throne is in the highest heavens whereas this `throne,` in the...
