H Elijah, Yes, that is the difference. To Israel Jesus is their Passover Lamb with a capital `L` as a title. For the Body of Christ Jesus is as a lamb (small `l`) who paid the price for our sin. People try and take what is said for Israel for us, and then get in a muddle.

You are quoting mostly Old Testament passages which have to do with Israel. The Body of Christ is never mentioned or known about in the Old Testament. The Old Testament saints are the ones who were promised the city. (Heb. 11: 16)

Jesus said things to Israel that does not apply to us. Jesus tells His Body (us) things that He never told Israel. It is important to know whom the Lord is speaking to and not take it all as about US.
