Criminals couldn't care LESS about "Controls", "Government Laws", or "Constitutions". And just like DRUGS (which are illegal, but easily available on every street corner), The Criminal element can always get Guns that the GOVERNMENT knows nothing about, and has no "Control" over.

So all the people who WOULDN'T commit mass murder lose their guns, and the people who WOULD commit mass murders get to keep theirs since the "law" means nothing to them. You do realize that criminals and murderers prefer their victims to be unarmed???

WE don't. You already provided the answer in your cite. The "Creation" (ground / environment) was CURSED - made subject to vanity. MAN was never CURSED. We, because of our HUMAN NATURE (same as Adam had) will willfully go into SIN as soon as we get the chance to do so. It's got nothing to do...

And apparently TOO STUPID to know that when God said: "DON'T EAT OF THAT TREE, because you'll DIE IF YOU DO", it wasn't a good idea to eat of that tree. Is THAT your concept of Adam and Eve???

Not true. Adam wasn't an IDIOT. He KNEW what God had told him NOT to do (what God's law was) and he KNEW the penalty for breaking God's Law (death). SO Adam let his lust conceive, and become SINFUL ACTION - and Died (spiritually) when he did. Just like every one of us do also.

Jesus was born WITH A HUMAN NATURE, like us. He had to be in order to be TEMPTED in every respect AS WE ARE. The difference in Jesus was that He never let his lust "Conceive" and become SIN (James 1).
