I'll answer your post in a poem.
Untitled 4.
Understanding why people take up addictions
Is very easy to understand
It all starts and ends with learning relationships
Many parents who have children
Don't desire to be in learning relationships with them
And they only want to provide them...
Hi smaller, I think you might be right about that. I don't know what that means for my ideas, but I'll keep using the fall of Satan analogy for now. You see it's my sticky note to an event that took place 6000 years ago that collapsed our original human system. (I'm still working out what that is.)
I think the point God had in creating mankind was to have a relationship with them he couldn't have with his angels. Once Satan and his angels knew about this they resented God for it and tried to find a way to destroy the relationship.
Hi Abigail, I was reading your post and I couldn't help think it was addressed to me indirectly. If that's true then I am so happy that you did it that way so you wouldn't be hurting my feelings directly.
I have spent a great deal of time installing operating systems, building computers and I used to love that new (car smell) feeling I got when windows had just finished installing on my pc or laptop.
I found that learning is the best way to beat an addiction. Once you know how your addiction effects your body, mind and emotions that knowledge becomes great power to have control over yourself.
