Their statement of faith is readable on the website as a 156 pages long pdf file. I bet the 15 dollars would be for getting a printed copy mailed to your real adress. But would you seriously care to read 156 pages?

If by "experience this" you mean "experience confusion about overly complicated absolutely incomprehensible depictions of Biblical doctrine" then, yes, the church does experience that quite often.
