Nutrition is important. So read this article and note the list there as to why we are often depleted in minerals. When we are deficient, chronic conditions and disease result. I am convinced I had a touch of a magnesium deficiency one time shamefully admitting maybe just a tad too much of reason #8 (we all have our vices we don't want to give up). But I hear people complain all the time, and how many reasons listed there do we all participate in? Then.... we go to the doctors and instead of finding nutritional problems get us heavily involved in reason #5 and makes things worse. And around and around it goes.

Good article! Our bodys are actually speaking to us and they tell us when we have enough of certain things and a lack of others. I can actually tell when I need more vitamin C or B or protein, amino acids and such. Alot of folks just dont listen to their bodys and continue to hit the snooze button. Then they wake up 20 years later and wonder why its shutting down.
