Nutrition is important. So read this article and note the list there as to why we are often depleted in minerals. When we are deficient, chronic conditions and disease result. I am convinced I had a touch of a magnesium deficiency one time shamefully admitting maybe just a tad too much of reason #8 (we all have our vices we don't want to give up). But I hear people complain all the time, and how many reasons listed there do we all participate in? Then.... we go to the doctors and instead of finding nutritional problems get us heavily involved in reason #5 and makes things worse. And around and around it goes.
