I don't necessarily believe their statics, especially for cannabis. Someone can test positive in a blood test and have not used any cannabis at all in a week or more.
I live in Colorado, where it is legal. This state is raking in the bucks on these through fines, etc. They stop people, say they have reasonable cause to test, test shows positive for a faux over limit figure, then it's up to the person to try to prove they weren't under the influence because they hadn't used in days or even weeks.

they need to work on that, unless they have good scientific evidence that its still affecting judgement. which I doubt. there is a way they can test you with a breathlizer. blood tests are illegal for that in florida.

From what I have read there isn't any breathlizer that will work because some people don't consume it by smoking it.
At least FL is logical about it. When science proves that the blood tests are not accurate they shouldn't be used. My state is using them for a form of collecting revenue. Most lawyers are getting wise as to how to win cases where there is no other evidence of abuse. No roadsides done, irradiate driving, etc.

fat sample. it might be possible via hair sampling to be able to tell the day you consumed. there has to be away as we know that it affects judgment. if it didn't at all, no one would use it as they do. it would be akin to caffeine.

blood tests work are illegal ONLY for road sobriety tests., not at the jail. they can take blood to test at the jail. I want to correct that. bac is very testable by that.
