4 squared is 16, 8 squared is not. Addition days would be far more common than square root days.

I always thought the "/" designated dividing something, thus the "16" is the wrong quotient of 4 divided by 4 by 16 which should be .0625
Maybe it means the ERA of your pitcher instead? What's that for the sake of those who could care less about baseball ? The pitcher with that ERA only allows just over 1/2 run per nine innings, she is probably paid one hundred million dollars per year, and wants to become queen, or be known as one. Wait, I think Bruce turned Caitlyn has already laid claim to that title.
