its a challenge to photo what is from the 30s in your area. if you aren't able to know. you might want to look at your property appraiser website as they often will have the time it was built. that is how I know this was built in 36.

This place, Westward Ho, used to be a hotel where the famous would stay. Now it is renovated to be an apartment complex for people with Disabilities. The rent is really cheap.
