[__ Prayer __] Agression, temper, gossip and complaining

I need prayer for all these things. I lose my temper with my daughter to the point that I scare the both of us. It scares me to think she might remember it when she gets older. I need prayer so God can provide me with patience and understanding or at least figure out how to go about things in a much nicer manner without too much frustration.

As for the gossip and complaining...my mouth just doesn't seem to shut up! That seems to be all I do and I can't ever find anything positive to say. My negativity overwhelms me.
