[ Testimony ] Alcoholic to a saint of the Lord's

On December 8, 1979, our Creator came to my mind and let me know that He was my Creator. I had been an alcoholic up to this day and six days later, I was in a treatment program to stop drinking. It took Him 28 1/2 years later to get my body ready before being "born again" into His kingdom.

After that "born of God" experience, He had me begin to write and now after thousands of pages of writings and preaching the gospel for two years, I have the knowledge to know how God created us.

It's amazing how He put all this together in a way that makes it all believable to His people.

God bless you forever and ever,
Saint Brad

Hello Brad I salute you with all the respect that I can muster.I too stopped drinking totally about 4yr ago now, and I must say that whatever excuses Satan comes up with such as "You are no Alchy" or "Can't you handel it" and regardless of all the other well trodden usual excuses that he tries to cinjure up;l I simply just laughed him off ,and quit.I know most believe that they are not addicted ,indeed it was once said "It is the only desease that tells you you don't have a desease" but I dont believe I reached the binge stage alchoholic stage.Praise the I saw the gloomy clouds ahead as far as my family and friends were concerned.
I recalled a Mad Magezine joke 40 yrs back "A rich man is looked up to as one who is 'blessed' with well stocked bar"(not that I was ever rich) ;but a poor man is always known as a "drunked".Go figure.
God Bless You in your strength Tony Hyman
