This woman's music has been a joy to me most of my life now. Some evenings are so quiet, so peaceful I can sit, have a couple glasses of good bourbon, and listen to her for hours. I particularly like this mood of hers, so vulnerable, so poignant, so haunting, it's like sharing a private moment with a friend while she grieves for lost love. No longer a young woman, she's a woman in full, with the weight of life's experiences. Such a human moment.
