I have gained weight due to my mental health diagnosis and hope to lose it. Please pray that I lose the fat cells but keep the muscle, and keep the strength.

Pray that I don't receive training and/or coaching from anyone but God.

May God be the only One that molds me.

I have made progress, pray that this progress continues.
