Nature vx nurture is an old question.

Recently some studies have been done that show it tends to be a blend of the two. But neither side of this debate will give an inch. (Scientists are a narcissistic bunch)

But...the findings do seem to support both sides. Twins separated at birth are what are generally used as resource material. Tough to find and research. But enough exist to make the case studies and pool of resource.

In some instances like bipolar disorder the tendency toward addiction is extremely high.

I suffered from addiction as well as anxiety for many years. I asked God to take it away from me countless times but he rejected my request. But I continued to hold out, then one day his voice became clear and he spoke about things known but forgotten by man. I just listened and learned and soon I began to transform from the inside out. The more I listened the more work he could do, until every unclean spirit was cast out.

Those sicknesses are gone now and I am glad it's over, I have the peace of the spirit that reminds me I've been dealt with.

It all started when I realized that Satan could use evil and goodness against people (Appearing as and angel of light) God showed me how to see the trickery of Satans divisiveness, and how he dividend my thinking between what he thought was good and what he thought was evil. Once I could see how he was flipping my switches I had the ability to defend myself.
