Below is an interesting document, which, if you're like me, is better read after being printed out, which took up about 9 sheets of paper. Don't take my synopsis of it, read it for yourself. Discuss it with me.
I just finished reading it all. The author, Gary Stearman, has done a lot of reading and studying and thinking on this subject.
Basically what he says is, the UFO lies of today, which have risen to great "fame" since the 1950's, are from Satan, and his demons. I agree.
I've thought, for a long time, that when the "rapture" happens, most of the world will believe it was aliens from other universes that took us up in their spaceships, kind of what that kook, Farrakhan, says already.
The part about ...charms, enchantments, cutting of roots, ...acquainted with plants....
I wish I could find out more about that, from this author. His view on it. More details.
I have known for a long time that herbal medicines, and using herbs for all kinds of ailments, is what witches do, and have done for centuries. It's interesting that he says Enoch documents the result of their rebellion and includes the use of herbs, and charms, as part of their rebellion.
The occult, of course, came from the devil, and is being pushed on unsuspecting minds, and on very aware minds, as an answer to the ills of the world. It's a substitute for Jesus, and for the Bible.
Just like yoga is being hailed as the cure all for stress, and meditation (not on the Bible, but, just thinking) as an answer for anxiety, the UFO dogma and the herbal remedies are answers for yet more of humanity's problems.
All of this is rooted in the devil, and in rebellion against God, and His creation. The devil is working double time to lure people's minds away from prayer, Jesus, the Bible, and following Jesus, by stepping up the violence, blasphemy, UFOs, life on other planets, aliens, sex, occult, blood, death, abortion, homosexuality, witchcraft, adultery, gluttony, evolution, and all the other things we commonly see on tv, in schools and colleges, in books, and in the movies, inuring the lax mind to the shock of these sins, thus fertilizing the bed of the brain for more seeds of sin to be planted and grown.
It's really sad, to see how societies all around the world are rejecting Jesus, and the Bible, at lightning speed. Just like Jesus said it would be, in the end times, so it is.

The Days of Noah! - Are They Here? (excerpt)

At the present time, a myth is being actively promoted. In this modern day age of science and rational analysis, it seems strange to speak of a myth. Nevertheless, every society on the globe has not been systematically exposed to it - the idea that our planet is being visited by aliens from outer space.
Since the midpoint of the twentieth century, dozens of motion pictures, hundreds of books and lately, a storm of videos have molded that collective consciousness. Now, though they may not admit it, people believe that there must be life on other planets, in other galaxies, and that it has come here to visit us.
The worldwide belief in the evolutionary hypothesis has fed this myth. If life evolved here, so the thinking goes, it must also have evolved on other worlds, where conditions permitted. It is said that this may have happened on millions of other planets. Other beings may even have encountered those favorable conditions much earlier than we did and, therefore, their
civilizations are older than ours. This being the case, some of these hypothetical societies may have gotten a billion-year head start on humanity.
The popular concept says that they have had much longer to perfect themselves. Therefore, there
accumulated wisdom and power would give them a godlike superiority in our sight.
At present, there is the growing belief that these advanced races have come here to erase us through the present nuclear, pollution and population crises, so that we can continue to evolve as they did.
The myth subtlety proposes that they may eve bring us the gifts of advanced technology, such as antigravity, superior materials and high-tech inventions. They might even teach us to live without plundering the coal, oil, and mineral wealth of our tiny planet.
But there is a problem with this myth. It is not supported by the Bible - not at all. Nowhere in Scripture is there the slightest hint that the Lord created races on other planets, much less that they would ever come to Earth.
However, there is a great deal of scriptural support for visitations of another kind. Fallen angels have come to Earth with evil motives. They have carved out kingdoms for themselves and enslaved hapless human beings. In the past, these superior beings were called "gods." Humans worshiped them, and received gifts in return.
They are described as the fallen ones who joined Satan's rebellion. More than once, they have come as supposed benefactors. In truth, they were - and are - liars. Their deceptive messages sound good, but bring death and destruction.
In the days before the flood of Noah, they brought gifts to men, and set up magnificent societies. To the Greeks they were the gods from the realms of heaven. Their children were the Titans of old. We shall begin by looking at one of these giants. The ancient myth presents him as the one who stole from the gods to help men.
His story is considered fictional but, strangely, it presents a narrative that perfectly coincides with biblical history. His life story demonstrates the fall, the motive, and the fate of the iniquitous "angels which kept not their first estate" (Jude 6). His actions tell a familiar story.
