Dr Albert Mohler, President of the Southern Baptist Seminary, has preached a powerful sermon on the need to yearn for the King of Kings. You can see it at: https://www.youtube....eature=youtu.be

It has rattled the core of my being and I wanted to share it with you. Is this something that is sadly missing in preaching in western society.

Mohler is one, very, good Christian. From the day of my conversion, 25 days before my 45th birthday, my heart has ached to go to Heaven, Home. I admit, I do not understand folks that call themselves followers of the Christ that want to go to Heaven... some day but not right now.

This sermon is a great exposition of a longing for the reign of the King of Kings. I sure have such a yearning.

Not this time. I heard him preach it at Wildwood Baptist when i was a member there.

I highly recommend this one. It is a profound exposition.
 
I intend to listen to it sometime this afternoon with my wife.

It was very good.
I'm sorry, I can't say I was affected by it as you were, though the truth of it all is a delight to hear from the pulpit.

I only wish my church would preach like this.
