update, she did recover from her coma. the cause if from a seizure she gets from time to time and a blod clot that passed and blocked the tube that drains her fluid from her brain area. her husband also cheated on her and im not sure if they will divorce or not. he did regret it and admits it was a mistake. he has taken care of her since they married and begged my wife( I wasn't in that picture then) to marry atumn . he traveled 800 miles to my wifes door to beg.
