Here's the full Roy Orbison A Black & White Night. More than an hour of Roy to stick on your machine, and play in the background while you're typing on the forum. It would be better to watch (The Boss is dynamite, in this set), but just listening is OK, too.

Yesterday Jake and I were discussing sound waves, Chuck Yeager breaking the sound barrier, AND singers voices and pitch. I had told him about Roy Orbison's amazing vocal range. So this was timely, interesting how that happens.
 
I can't tell you the number of kids I've talked to about Roy, and they had no idea who I was talking about.

I was just listening to the Shirelles earlier today.
Did you know that in their song "This is dedicated to the one I love" there is a verse where they say " when you go to bed tonight, pray to God that this prayer is "dedicated for the one I love"?
Very romantic and loving.
