1. Why are most Christians presently in bondage in one way or the other?
2. How is the power transferred from the Holy Spirit to the Believer?
3. How do we obtain these blessings which are in the Cross?
Dear brother iLOVE, I’m probably oversimplifying these questions, but when we fail it is normally reflected somehow in our lack of possessing that which we have.
Question #1 - Why are most Christians presently in bondage in one way or the other? (Not reckoning our old man dead? Rom 6:5-6 & Rom 6:11)
Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but
this one thing
I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Question #2 - How is the power transferred from the Holy Spirit to the Believer? (The word of God?)
Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear,
that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Joh 16:14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew
it unto you.
Joh 16:15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew
it unto you.
Question #3 - How do we obtain these blessings which are in the Cross? (Faith is the victory?)
