Facebook will eventually get you if you can't keep from shooting off your trap. Law enforcement already relies heavily upon it to let dumb crooks catch themselves.

Well, it IS a private Christian academy, so...yes they can do that. Frankly, I'm pretty sympathetic with private organizations protecting their reputations. The internet - including Facebook - offers enormously powerful ways to damage private organizations over petty grievances. There is an entire industry that's grown up around the need to protect online images.

One of the down sides of the internet is that it makes it even easier to destroy something than to create it.

Sometimes its there own fault. Why do people have so many friends and rant and post things that everyone can see. They must have forgotten they added there boss and work buddies years before. lol.

I only have a few friends on FB that i acturaly know, and i never post much. I more just play games on there.

My best friend drug me over to Fb years ago * sigh lol I only have 3 people on it my 2 best friends and brother (my third best friend).On my old one I tried having family and just whoever on it but they were just fighting and saying all kinds of private things in public and getting way too in my business(which isnt hard to do because Im very private and trust very few) .Just way more of a headache than anything but I love this new one .

Boy do I agree with you. My church is too liberal for most of you... but on the Facebook walls that my wife reads, where many of our church friends are.... Even I am sometimes totally shocked by what I see on her screen.

I see this as not about facebook, the mother, or the son.
It's about a Christian school thinking more of themselves than a parent and child that they should be teaching Biblical truth in their walk with the Lord.
This is what happens when the world (in this case a business) collides with Christianity.

I am seeing the biggest gap between the "World" and "Christianity" right now than has ever been.

Something new to dislike "every single day"? If the school's that bad, she should be grateful that her son isn't going there any more. And that's just what was in the article. I have a feeling there was more.
