Chlorophyll, in UV, produces a red glow.. It gathers energy mostly in the red and blue/violet parts of the spectrum. Reflects green, which is why we see it as green.

It may be that they could see a wider spectrum of light.
There are people today who have a "condition" (tetrachromacy) that allows them to see many more colors than the "normal" population.

Many accounts from people who have had Near Death Experiences (if you believe in such things) of Heaven report the seeing of colors that they can't describe since they're not normally visible to earthlings, and unlike any of the colors we're used to. Much wider view of the electromagnetic spectrum.

I taught art for 18 years and in my many studies, I'm constantly amazed at the hidden treasures of beauty in our created world. These photos are another example of our God who delights in beauty. Hidden to us, but visible to Him. When we discover these hidden treasures of beauty, we should pause to reflect on the One who made them. Awesome pictures!
