Today we hear the wonders of dark chocolate, from lowering blood pressure, to improving mental health, and even helping cardiovascular problems. However, some people are worried that this will be a license to eat more candy bars, and as such are not good for you. This time I agree with the health assessment. As usual, the news media et al can't distinguish between raw cocoa that researchers are talking about, to sugar-laden, overly processed chocolate bar crapola. There is a difference, but I would not expect them to understand that. Then when people keel over from bad food like that, they question the research and wonder why. To sound like the younger generation for a minute, I have to say to that, "Well Duhhhh!!"
