10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,.../
We see that John was in the Spirit, and began to have a vision and receive instruction from the Lord.

In a short while, we read that John was invited up.
Revelation 4: 1
After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter./

This is not and end times debate or study, but rather a discussion about being in the Spirit, and going places, I.e., how spirit beings function.

What does being "in the Spirit" mean to you?
Is being in the Spirit, initiated by, us, God, or both/either?

Jesus said to John, come up hither, and I will show thee things...
In another scripture, we are told to, boldly approach the throne...

Does all this add up to the reality that we, as believers & sons of God, have access to the Kingdom realm?

I believe here, it is talking about another dimension, a spiritual body.

I think so too. Even so, a spiritual body, a spiritual dimension...is reality. We just dont normally see it while here in the natural. John (us) were invited there. So why don't we go there? Enoch did, Moses did. Regularly. When the veil of the temple was torn, we all gained access to it.

We've never been taught how to function as a spirit-being, so don't try?

It is written that the kingdom of God is at hand, so...as close as the air we breathe. It is inside of us, yes? Yes.

Hebrews 5:14
But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil./

So it's for who are of full age, or, mature Christians.

If the Kingdom of God is at hand, then I have before me a torn veil, then I must needs to walk through it (with my spirit man)...and boldly approach the throne.

I realize the church doesn't teach on these things. Perhaps they would even call it witchcraft. Of course, because the best way to get to know a new neighbor, is to go knock on their door. Hi, I'd like to get to know you...

It's difficult to discuss something we don't know about. The very low response to this thread tells me that hardly anyone has the faintest clue about these things...which is why we need to discuss it.

Scripture says, seek ye first the kingdom of God, not sit and wait on Him.

Seek where? This is it. Knock and it shall be opened. God's waiting on us to seek Him. He says He'll open the door...have you ever tried?

Good questions.
I believe God did open some eyes, as the prophets and such.
As in 2 Kings 6:17
When the servant of Elisha saw the city encompassed with horses and chariots, asked Elisha, what shall we do?
Elisha told him to fear not, because, those that be with us are more than them.
17; And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray Thee, open his eyes, that he may see.
The Lord opened them.
And he saw the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
Just as today, we can not see them, (guardian angels and such) with our physical eyes, because our spiritual eyes can see the spiritual, another dimension.
Just because we do not see them, doesn't mean that they are not there.
How can one describe another dimension?
I guess for sure, we will know it someday.
